There are free computer classes and tutorials online and they are a great way to practice your computer skills or aquire new ones.
Free classes cover email, internet browsing, and Mac and Windows basics. There are also classes on Linux and online safety.
Free classes cover beginners computing, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. All the free online tutorials at the Home and Learn site are aimed toward complete beginners—you don’t need any experience to get started. Tutorials cover Windows 10 and several courses cover dealing with spyware. Their “Beginner’s Guide to Going Wireless” addresses all the basics, including routers, necessary supplies, and safety.
This free online Digital literacy course from Microsoft will teach you the basics of computer use and will start you on your journey to computer literacy.
