Windows Basics 101 - Everything you didn't learn about using Windows! If you have never attended formal training using the Windows operating system, this is the class!

1:30 - 3:30 pm BRU - Bulk Rename Utility - This FREE Windows utility program goes above and beyond what Windows native File Manager can do when it comes to renaming files on your computer or external drives or thumb drives. It lets you manage mass file renaming, mass file extension changing, and many other things that Windows just cannot do. A good example is to make a copy of photos from your digital camera and transfer to the computer or a thumb drive, and rename those files so they actually provide you information about the content of the image, eg February 2025 visit to Grand Canyon. Even if you only use this tool once or twice, it is a great FREE tool to know and understand.
This is a 2 hour session. ***Please bring a blank thumb drive with you so that you can install the portable version of BRU.*** BRU comes as a stand alone program installed on a thumb drive, or a regular install on Windows.
